Domestic Warranty Claim Procedure
To have your unit replaced or repaired under warranty, please fill out the form below and follow the instructions after you've clicked 'Continue'. Include the printed repair request sheet in the package so we can accurately and rapidly repair your unit. Failure to include the repair request sheet will result in delays in processing your repair. Please fill out information to the best of your ability. Turn-around time varies with shipping times, production demands, etc. The average turn-around time, depending upon location, is usually 1½-2 weeks. This is due to transit time. Units will usually spend only 2 business days at our facility. If you would like a copy of the tracking number when we ship it, please include your email address.
